Head Chef & Restaurant Manager,
Could suit a dynamic duo, or someone looking to relocate to the Southwest.

Chef to progress to Head Chef at Lilac in Lyme Regis.
This role could suit a younger chef who keen to learn and is ready to join a creative, buzzy team.

Supervisor / assistant operations manager, 
If you are someone who has strong admin skills and wishes to transition to the operation side of things then this could be for you.

Front of house positions to fill at both Lilac and the new project
