Lilac is in a 400 year old cellar on Broad Street, Lyme Regis. It's somewhere you can pop into for a seasonal cocktail and some signature snacks, or a glass of wine and one of our set menus. We are proud to focus on quality, vegetables, seasonality, locality, reduction of waste and sustainability.

Chimney Fire Coffee is a B Corp certified coffee company, committed to importing and roasting great tasting, high quality coffee with a positive impact.
Their mission is to return value to coffee growers and producers by creating a fully transparent supply chain, with a direct sourcing model that assures mutually beneficial prices. This helps them commit to long-term, multi-year partnerships, contracting up to three years in advance.
Chimney Fire’s coffee is packaged using exclusively compostable and recyclable materials, and through their Community Impact Fund they donate 10% of net profits to social causes both locally and internationally.
Based at Denbies, the UK's first net-zero and B Corp Certified wine estate in the Surrey Hills, Chimney Fire provides a range of high quality coffees to suit different tastes, alongside regular tours, experiences, and community events at their roastery.
